Starting July 2020, we will no longer be providing carpet, upholstery, or in-home rug cleaning. Andrew has decided to simplify operations down to 1 truck. We will still provide window, gutter and pressure washing services.

During this difficult time, it is important for all of us to stay healthy and clean. For those of you worried about the spread of this virus, we are now offering a special disinfectant option to add to our regular cleaning services. Effective immediately, we will be able to provide you with a service to “fog” your entire living environment with a low viscosity mist of an extremely safe and effective disinfectant. This is a naturally derived, plant based product that claims to kill 99.99% of germs. We have used Benefect Disinfectant for years, and can personally attest to it’s effectiveness. Please let us know if you would like us to add this service when you contact us to schedule your regular cleaning.

It is the beginning of October 2019 and we are now CLOSED for the winter season. We look forward to working with all of you again next year. Please start emailing and calling around March to get on our spring/summer 2020 schedule.
We will be out of town, sailing on our 26’ Westerly Centaur sailboat and making memories with our little family of 4, during these winter months. Our schedule filled up faster than ever before this spring. We are currently booking into the first and second week of August. Call today to get on our summer/fall schedule. We close October 4th for the season and our schedule is booking up fast!
Highland Pro Clean was moved from Newland, NC to our personal home in Roan Mountain, TN. We will still provide the same quality service to all our regular customers and service areas. It was just time to simplify and get back to basics. However, we no longer have the facility for in SHOP cleaning of area rugs or upholstery. All services must be provided onsite. We also no longer provide water damage restoration or sewage damage services.
Starting fall of 2018, we will be closed for the fall/winter season. We reopen the first Monday in April.
